Parking guidance systems for hospitals

Thanks to real-time guidance, the system facilitates access to the hospital by directing patients, family members and healthcare personnel directly to available spaces.
-
Improves mobility by reducing parking search time.
-
Improved user experience: more comfort and less stress.
-
Promotes the use of the hospital parking lot.
-
It reinforces the hospital’s image by focusing on the patient’s well-being.
-
Provides data on usage patterns to improve management.
U-Spot and U-Spot Surface: Wireless square-to-square sensing sensors
They detect the arrival of the vehicle and send the information to the platform. The difference is that one is installed at ground level and the other on the surface.
U-Spot VISIO: Square-by-square detection software using artificial intelligence
This software processes images captured in real time by compatible cameras, using artificial intelligence and deep learning technologies.
U-Flow VISIO: Software for detection by counting inputs and outputs using cameras.
The software detects vehicle passage using compatible cameras and sends the data to the platform to calculate occupancy in real time.
Guidance App: Real-time display of parking space status
Drivers are directed directly to available spaces guided by the mobile application that receives and displays real-time occupancy.
U-Admin: Centralized device management and advanced analytics
Web and mobile applications to manage all devices and analyze the use of seats. Includes API for integration with third-party systems.
U-Display: Informative signage panels
The central platform sends the information to the signage panels to indicate to users where the available spaces are located.
Detection:
U-Spot and U-Spot Surface
Parking sensor per parking space, flush or installed on the pavement, that autonomously detects the arrival, presence and departure of vehicles in the hospital parking lot. Choose the model that best suits your project, both compatible with NB-IoT or LoRaWAN.
U-Spot VISIO
Square-by-square detection software based on real-time processing of images captured by compatible cameras. It uses artificial intelligence and deep learning to control multiple plazas with a single camera, very useful for high turnover areas such as emergency rooms.
U-Flow VISIO
Detection software based on artificial intelligence and deep learning capable of detecting in real time the entry and exit of vehicles in delimited areas of the hospital parking lot. Suitable for improving access during visiting hours or shift changes.
Informing users

Variable signage panels
It shows in real time how many parking spaces are available in each parking area of the hospital to facilitate access and avoid congestion.

ParkTime: Guidance App
Improves mobility within the facility by guiding patients, visitors and medical staff to free spaces, which reduces hectic traffic.
Parking management

U-Admin: Device & Data Management
It manages the devices, applications and variable signage panels installed in the hospital premises on a single centralized platform.

U-Admin: Control Center
Check in real time the availability of all the hospital’s parking spaces, both indoor and outdoor.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the system differentiate between zones for medical staff, patients and visitors?
Yes, the system makes it possible to configure specific areas for different uses, reserving spaces for healthcare personnel, patients and visitors. In this way, it is easy to detect the needs of users and guarantee access for each group to the available places in the hospital.
Do visitors need to download an app or are the panels in the hospital enough?
It is not mandatory to use an application. In these cases, signage panels installed at strategic points are usually sufficient for users to see the availability of places. The application could be useful for medical personnel for recurrent use.
How long does it take to install detection sensors in the hospital?
Installation is quick and does not interfere with hospital activity. In-ground U-Spot sensors take less than 10 minutes per unit, and U-Spot Surface sensors take even less. Synchronization of the devices is done remotely, without wires.
