- March 10-13, 2026
- Hall 12 – Stand 12.611
Urbiotica will once again participate in Intertraffic Amsterdam 2026, the world’s leading event in smart, safe and sustainable mobility. During this edition, we will present our latest technological solutions for parking management and control, both in urban (on-street) and off-street environments.
Automatic user identification with LPR: full control automation
Among our main innovations, we highlight a functionality that takes parking control to a new level: automatic user identification through license plate recognition (LPR).
This improvement makes it possible to fully automate the detection, evidence and sanctioning processes, bringing efficiency and precision to the control of regulated zones.
What does this solution allow?
- Real-time detection of improper occupancy on a plaza-by-plaza basis.
- Access control by enrollment validation (white lists or payment verification).
- Capture of photographic evidence: image + license plate.
- Automatic generation of sanctions, without manual intervention.
This functionality adapts to both individualized regulation of parking spaces and access systems for open or closed parking lots. Its versatility and scalability make it a key tool for public and private operators.
Ecosystem of modular solutions for efficient management
In addition, we will present our complete detection and control portfolio, capable of covering virtually all needs related to guidance, monitoring and regulatory compliance in urban and peri-urban parking.
What does our technology offer include?
- Surface and buried IoT sensors.
- Artificial vision sensors for occupancy detection or access validation.
- Advanced connectivity: LoRa and NB-IoT.
- Control and integration software, with or without associated detection system.
Thanks to this modular approach, our customers can deploy customized solutions such as:
- Real-time guidance.
- User control and payment validation.
- Regulation by maximum length of stay.
- Advanced analytics for decision making.
All this adapted to the specific needs of each parking lot, city or operator.
Marc Boher will speak about digital transformation in loading and unloading zones.
On Wednesday, March 11 at 1:30 pm, our COO Marc Boher will give a presentation at the Parking Stage (Hall 12) on the digitization of urban loading and unloading zones.
In this talk, he will address how data, automation and compliance monitoring are changing the management of these key urban logistics spaces.
Highlights of the presentation
- Real cases of digitization implemented in European cities.
- Comparison between technologies: sensors, ANPR (automatic license plate recognition), digital permits and hybrid solutions.
- Impact on reduction of violations, improvement of turnover and logistic efficiency.
- March 11 – 1:30 p.m.
- Parking Stage – Hall 12
