Urbiotica announces a strategical turn to consolidate its leading position in providing technological solutions based on the Internet of Things paradigm.
The company will focus its activities on its core markets: parking and noise monitoring, for which private customers oriented solutions will be launched. The objective at short and midterm is to consolidate the sales.
To conduct this turn, the general management of the company will be ensured by Josep Maria Torras, who was until now Chief Operations Officer at Urbiotica. Marc Boher will remain the Chief Commercial Officer of the company.
The company will count for this new stage with a 1M€ founding coming from private investors and industrial partners which will participate actively in the development of the new strategy.
